All officers are required to submit reports at the end of every shift they work. These reports are sent to you daily via email to designated persons within your organization. Various types of reports include Patrol, Incident, Maintenance, Warning, Parking, Arrest and F.I. reports. Reports can also be submitted directly to a requesting Law Enforcement agency to assist with investigations and documentation. Reports and data are saved permanently in secured servers and are printable. The reports are readily accessible for you at any time.

Star Pro Security Patrol also uses an industry leading Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) System to ensure that you are receiving the best service possible. This system helps our security officers identify vehicles, subjects and activities that are unauthorized within serviced areas. The system utilizes real-time GPS tracking to monitor officer position and activities for safety and accountability. 

Another report that we keep on hand is a 602 report. It is actually a 602 binder kept at each location. Not as high tech, but highly useful. Anytime a person is asked to leave and not return, it is called a 602 Warning. We put their picture and name (if known) in the binder so all officers on the site will know that they are now subject to a criminal 602 arrest. A 602 is the California penal code for tresspassing.
