Star Pro was founded on the single principal of providing excellent service by taking both an active and proactive role in crime prevention. Our CEO spent 24 years in law enforcement where he saw that many crimes could have been prevented had private security taken a different approach to their security role. Some of this while he was on patrol in Los Angeles County.
So he started Star Pro with the mission to train officers the needed skills to prevent crime, to serve clients with excellent service, treat the public with the utmost dignity and respect, and have compassion for the unhoused and less fortunate.

We contracted with Star Pro after the previous company failed to have security here on a consistent basis. As a private school and church, we are always on edge. But with Star Pro, we never have to wonder if we will have security. We have the same officer that is very aware, diligent and friendly. I have to say I am impressed with this company. The guards are one time and professional. But management is spot on. Adam is always accessible and any requests are addressed immediately. Even last minute requests for additional security is great. They respond to calls and emails within minutes. Great service.
